Refunds may be approved when an eSIM cannot be provisioned due to provider failure, duplicate charge, or verified technical fault that cannot be resolved by support.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Used plans, incorrect purchases caused by incompatible devices, and expiration after successful activation are generally not refundable.

3. Request Window

Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase. Include your order ID, email, and a short issue description so we can investigate quickly.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary, typically between 5 and 10 business days.
